If God exists, he doesn’t like me at the moment.

The other week, I had to see the doctor about the pain in my left knee. Today I had to go and see them about pain in my back. It crept up on me yesterday and built into this horrendous ache that felt like I was being stabbed in the back repeatedly by two huge and incredibly sharp blades. Therefore I have another set of painkillers to take alongside the ones I was already taking for my knee problem.

If that wasn’t enough, I got a letter from my GP informing me the blood tests I had showed I was low on vitamin D, so I’ve been prescribed a vit D supplement now as well. In total I’ve spent nearly £23 in prescription charges in the last month. I’m hoping I don’t need them for too long, or that I don’t need anything stronger (however I wouldn’t mind having some tranquillizers if it meant that I could get a decent night’s sleep from all this).
