30 Blogs of November: Day 3 – Made a poster with Phoster.

We all have that one app on our phone that we download because it’s free, only to not use it for ages because we have no idea of what to actually use it for.

For me, that app is Phoster. Now I thought a poster creator seemed pretty cool (and I still do) and the fact that the app store was letting you download it for free at the time I got it was one of the main reasons why I decided to try it out. Once I did download it, however, I realised that I didn’t really have any use for it and so I left it on my iPhone for a long time, unloved. I didn’t have the heart to remove it though, I still hoped that I could use it someday.

Today, in a moment of boredom, I opened the Phoster app for the first time in ages and made this:

Phostermistakes1

(the quote is a line from The Hoosiers’ song Somewhere In The Distance, which is a pretty good song if you want to check it out).

Are there any apps on your phone that you don’t use but can’t bear to remove because you think you might still use them?

Good post! I have apps on my phone that I have just plain forgotten about. I knew how to use some of them, but I haven’t used them in a while…so they just sit. Someday I’ll clean it all up…maybe when I get a new phone!
